MISCELLANEOUS

1998-2009
During this period I worked from a very young age in a variety of roles, from a factory worker to a waiter serving at tables. I also worked in civil construction and as a volunteer in vaccinating children from poor backgrounds. Also as a hobby, i composed one album of originals songs for the band Cabidela, I was responsible for mastering and composing, recording and producing.
This has helped develop my career through providing life experience and a greater understanding of other work sectors besides the design industry.

October 2004 National contest – 3rd prize Brief: To create a poster for a video and animation festival taking course in the city of Ovar. I received third prize competing against 256 other candidates.

September 2002 National contest – 1st prize Brief: To create an advertising strategy promoting tourism in the region of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (North of Portugal).
